Hercules / Pinova Community Sessions
Hercules LLC and Pinova have recently submitted a substantial Corrective Action Permit (CAP) application to Georgia EPD. The CAP sets forth the parameters of continued cleanup at the plant site and contemplates substantial cleanup and continued investigation activities going forward. Representatives from Hercules LLC made a presentation to the City Commission at our March 17th meeting.
