Biography

Dr. Felicia M. Harris is employed with the U.S. Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service and works part-time as a sports official. A devoted community activist and volunteer, Dr. Harris co-founded Sistahs With A Purpose (SWAP) Ministries, a community ministry which services the physical and spiritual needs of young ladies and co-founder of the Water Organization, H20 - a community organization dedicated to servicing the youth. Dr. Harris is a certified Evangelist serving as an Evangelism Explosion Team Member , Biblical Instructor, and Pastor of No Limitz Ministries.
