Ductless HVAC System: Request for Quotes

The City of Brunswick’s CDBG-Disaster Recovery (DR) Homeowner Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program (HRRP) is requesting quotes from conditioned Air Contractor Licensed professionals for provision and installation of an energy star rated 2-Ton Mini-split Ductless HVAC system, to provide heat and cooling for a 920 square foot single family home in the 31520 zip code. Licensed, qualified professionals interested in providing a quote request a walk-through at the house. Please email the City’s CDBG-DR construction manager at the email address below for walk-through arrangements. Please do not attempt to visit the house except for during the scheduled walk-through. Instructions for quote submissions are in the attached pdf.

Because this is a request for quotes and not a competitive bid process, there is no deadline. The City may choose a vendor after receiving a minimum of three quotes.
