Howard Coffin Park Ribbon Cutting

Ribbon cutting at Howard Coffin Park for the new playground and outdoor recreation facility.  Hosted by Ralph Staffins and staff and ambassadors from the Golden Isles Chamber and City officials.  The project was funded with SPLOST dollars.  In attendance were Mayor Cornell Harvey, Commissioners Julie Martin and Vincent Williams, City Manager Regina McDuffie, Chamber Chairman Mike Scherneck, City Engineer Garrow Alberson, City Project Manager Tim Nelson and other community members.
