Building Permits & Inspections is responsible for ensuring public safety through the enforcement of federal, state, and local codes governing construction. Staff members:

• Issue Building Permits
• Perform Inspections

Inspections ensure Code compliance related to aspects of  life/safety, structural integrity, handicap accessibility electrical, plumbing, gas, heating and air conditioning systems

The City of Brunswick now accepts on-line applications for Building, MEP, Roofing, Demolition, Sign, and Right of Way Permits.
Just click on the "Apply for Permits" link below. After your application is submitted, staff will e-mail you with information about fees, payment options, or any additional materials needed.
