The Georgia Legal Services Program (GLSP) is conducting a statewide Legal Needs Assessment and invites local community organizations, service providers, and residents to share input through a Community Focus Group and an open survey. These efforts aim to identify emerging legal needs, service gaps, and opportunities for collaboration.

The Community Focus Group will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Golden Isles Development Authority, 209 Gloucester Street, Brunswick, GA. Participants will discuss:

  • Civil legal issues affecting the communities GLSP serves
  • Barriers to accessing legal assistance
  • Recommendations for improving service delivery and community impact
Participants are encouraged to register in advance: calendly.com/thredpartners/glsp-community-focus-group-brunswick

The discussion will last approximately 90 minutes. Feedback collected will directly inform GLSP’s strategic planning, outreach efforts, and resource allocation. All responses will be summarized and reported in aggregate.

In addition, the GLSP Community Needs Survey is open to anyone in Glynn County and will remain available until March 10, 2026. Residents can access the survey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/K8DNNH3
