Sec. 12-115. Accumulations of weeds, trash, junk, etc.
The provisions of this article and the method and procedure prescribed in this article may also be applied to any private property in the city where an accumulation of weeds, trash, junk, filth and other unsanitary or unsafe conditions create a public health hazard or general nuisance to persons in the vicinity thereof. Such conditions are hereby prohibited as public nuisances, and it shall be a violation for any person having control of premises to maintain such conditions or permit them to exist within the city.
