The Municipal Court is located on the second floor of the historic Old City Hall, located at 1229 Newcastle Street. The Court has jurisdiction in misdemeanor offenses, with certain statutory exceptions.

 

The Court also handles city traffic and ordinance violations. If you receive a citation, you may pay your fine at the Clerk of Municipal Court’s office located on the first floor of Old City Hall. Payments are accepted Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Payment methods include: cash, personal checks, money orders and credit cards.
